Spinach Sandwich.

To this pastor, there is just something about a spinach sandwich for breakfast.

It’s a simple sandwich – two pieces of toasted high fiber bread spread with jalapeno hummus and two cups of spinach squished together between the bread. With about 10 grams of fiber and enough Vitamin A for an entire day, I find this simple breakfast a nice metabolic start to my morning.

Oh, and a cup of black coffee.

I can’t forget the coffee.

Yeah, I didn’t take a picture, but it’s a toasted sandwich filled with spinach. It’s nothing special to look at. It is just a simple breakfast sandwich.
